Finding a septic company
shouldn't take ten phone calls.
ClickSeptic is building a marketplace that matches homeowners with licensed, local septic pumping and service providers — no endless search, no guessing who actually covers your town. We haven't launched anywhere yet, and we're telling you that plainly. Join the founding waitlist and you'll be the first person contacted when we go live in your ZIP code.

Where we actually are today
Honest status: the platform is in development. Zero markets are live, zero operators are onboarded. This page exists to let you tell us where you'd want it first — that signal directly shapes which market we launch next.
How ClickSeptic will work
Once live in a market, the idea is simple: tell us what you need, get matched with a vetted local operator, done — without ten phone calls to find someone who answers.
1. Tell us your location & need
Septic pumping, inspection, or repair — submitted online in under a minute once we're live in your area.
2. We match you with an operator
A licensed local provider in our network confirms the job — no cold-calling a list of ads that may not even service your town.
3. Service, with a paper trail
A record of the work performed — pumping dates, service history — so you're not guessing when your system was last serviced.
Where the waitlist actually goes
Signing up isn't a mailing list into a void — here's exactly what we do with it.
You sign up
Email + ZIP code, thirty seconds. Your ZIP tells us where real demand exists — it's the single biggest input into which market we launch next.
We verify operators in your area
Before any market opens, we vet licensed local providers so there's an actual network behind the platform, not just an app with nobody to dispatch to.
You get first access
Waitlist members hear about it before any public launch announcement — founding users, not an afterthought. No timeline promise, just first in line when it's real.
Septic service is overdue for this
Most homeowners with a septic system have no idea when it was last pumped, no easy way to find a provider that actually covers their area, and no record to hand to a buyer or inspector.
No live directory today
Right now, finding a septic company means search engines and word of mouth. We think there's a better way — we just haven't built the live network yet.
Service history, not guesswork
The long-term goal is a simple service record tied to your address — useful at pump-out time, and useful if you ever sell the house.
We can't show you operators yet. Here's what we can show you.
We won't fake reviews, customer counts, or "trusted by" logos for a network that doesn't exist yet. What's genuinely real and checkable right now is the depth of regulatory work behind this project.
A free, cited septic regulations guide — 15 states and counting
Inspection requirements, pumping mandates, permit rules, and state-specific quirks, sourced and kept current, for anyone researching a home purchase, sale, or compliance question — whether or not ClickSeptic ever serves their area. It's the same depth of homework going into deciding which market ClickSeptic launches in next.
Browse the Regulations Database →We're not recruiting operators yet — but we will be
ClickSeptic has zero operators in any market today. When we open the first market for operator sign-ups, providers who registered interest here hear about it first.
Be first in line when we reach your ZIP code
Leave your email and ZIP code. Founding waitlist members get contacted first, before any public launch — nothing else, no spam, and it directly shapes which market we build next.
We'll only email you about ClickSeptic launching near you. No live service is available yet.
Common questions
Is ClickSeptic live in my area?
Not yet, anywhere. ClickSeptic has not launched in any market and has no operators onboarded today. This site exists to collect interest ahead of launch.
Can I book a septic pumping through this site right now?
No. There is no live booking or dispatch functionality yet. When markets go live, we'll notify people who signed up here first.
Why sign up if nothing is live yet?
Waitlist members are the first people contacted the moment ClickSeptic activates in their ZIP code — before any public announcement. It costs nothing and takes about thirty seconds.
Is this related to ClickCesspool?
Yes — ClickSeptic is a sister project from the same team behind ClickCesspool, which operates as a dispatch platform for cesspool and septic pumping on Long Island, NY. ClickSeptic is a separate, earlier-stage effort to bring a similar model nationwide — it has its own coverage area (currently none) and its own operator network (currently none).
How do I become an operator?
We're not onboarding operators yet in any market. Email us to register interest and we'll reach out when we open sign-ups for your area.
